If ZLG communication failure is displayed, recheck whether the connection is correct or whether the CAN card is normal. CAN card connection prompt.

4 After the communication is normal, select BMU configuration, select the fault information column, and then click Download.

5 Check the download content. If the system shows that the charging relay is not engaged, remove the high-voltage box assembly, check the charging relay, and replace the high-voltage box assembly after confirming the problem. The fault is eliminated after replacement.
